Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of EdenMind (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

EdenMind is a voice-first spaced-repetition flashcard app. You review cards by saying the answer aloud — graded on your device — and the app schedules each card for you. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

The cards and stacks you create are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the app can work. You’re responsible for the content you create and must have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
